Babyface Ray Arrested On Outstanding Warrants After New Car Breaks Down

Babyface Ray has been arrested on misdemeanor charges due to outstanding warrants after a traffic stop with police in Oakland County, Michigan.
Per a police report seen by TMZ, Babyface Ray’s BMW broke down and seemed to be blocking the road causing an officer to report to the scene. After running Ray’s ID (real name Marcellus Rayvon Register), the Detroit rapper was booked for several outstanding warrants.
Babyface Ray’s charges reportedly include “driving with a suspended license, missing a child custody court appearance and improper possession of a weapon” which resulted in him being arrested and brought into the custody of Oakland County Jail.

TMZ also reported that his girlfriend came to take care of the BMW before he was handcuffed as the sports car had to be towed to a local body shop.

Big Sean who passed him the Motor City rap torch in June. “I feel like that’s one of the reasons he’s, you know, he’s chosen,” Sean said while standing next to Ray at an event. “It’s like he pulled the sword out of the muthafuckin’ stone you know what I mean? King Arthur, you know what I mean?”
He added: “That happens only once every decade, once every other decade every thirty, forty years so it’s like you gotta understand how special it is.”
