In 2016, Max B's 75-year sentence for murder, assault, robbery, and kidnapping, which he started serving in 2009, was knocked down to 20 years. 

So he will get out sometime before the end of the decade.

Every six months or so, French Montana claims his boy is coming home soon.

But it hasn't happened yet.

Here's the latest evidence of Max still being in prison.
