Cops Swarm Chris Brown’s Mansion After Woman Shot In Street Fight

Chris Brown’s Tarzana home became the latest celebrity residence targeted by violence when a shooting erupts outside his property.

Chris Brown had his Tarzana home surrounded by police activity Friday afternoon when gunfire erupted just outside his property line in what authorities are treating as an isolated incident between two unrelated parties.

Law enforcement responded to the scene around 4 P.M. after a woman called 911, reporting that a man had fired multiple shots at her vehicle while she was in the area.

By the time officers arrived, the situation had already escalated into a full confrontation that would end with one person in custody.

The suspect, identified as a 35-year-old Black male, allegedly opened fire on the woman’s car after an argument broke out between them on the street adjacent to the residence.

According to his account to the police, the woman had refused to leave the area, and things turned physical when she drove her vehicle over his foot, prompting him to discharge his weapon in her direction.

The woman’s version of events painted a different picture, but what remained clear was that, according to TMZ, the entire confrontation took place outside the property, not on Brown’s grounds or inside the home.

Officers took the male suspect into custody at the scene and booked him on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism, though the exact circumstances that led to the shooting remain under investigation.

It’s still unclear whether Chris Brown was home during the incident or if he had any connection to either party involved in the altercation.

The shooting didn’t penetrate the residence or cause damage to the property itself, which suggests the confrontation was truly between two individuals who happened to be near his address.

This incident echoes a troubling incident when Chris Brown’s ex-girlfriend Rihanna had her Beverly Hills mansion come under fire from a vehicle parked across the street.

In that March incident, a 35-year-old Florida woman armed with an AR-15-style weapon unleashed approximately ten rounds at the pop star’s home while Rihanna, A$AP Rocky, and their three young children were inside.

The suspect in that case, Ivanna Ortiz, was arrested within thirty minutes and charged with attempted murder and multiple felonies.

Both incidents involved weapons fired from vehicles at celebrity residences in the Los Angeles area, and both suspects were apprehended at the scene, raising serious questions about security vulnerabilities that high-profile figures face at their homes.
