According to DJ Paul, the group never did anything close to worshiping the devil, although they let people believe they might have.

"It was just an image.  It was just something that was cool.  We never studied Satan or anything like that.  I don't know nothing about that,' he said.

He also explained that when his nephew, Lord Infamous, claimed he dabbled in Satanism he wasn't being serious.

"He didn't do that for real.  Hell no," Paul said.  "He was just high.  "He grew up singing Amazing Grace in church when I was playing the organ.
