Clayton Howard’s new court filing details Cassie’s GHB overdose mid freak-off while she’s quietly gone missing abroad.
Diddy and Cassie Ventura allegedly kept going with a freak-off after Cassie overdosed on GHB and passed out cold in the shower, according to new court filings that paint an increasingly disturbing picture of what Clayton Howard says he survived over nearly a decade as their paid escort.
Howard, who goes by “Dave” in the Diddy case, filed a 31-page opposition brief in federal court on May 29, pushing back against Diddy’s motion to dismiss his civil claims, and buried inside it is trial testimony describing one of the most harrowing scenes to emerge from the entire legal saga.
Cassie testified under oath that she blacked out from GHB at a Hamptons motel, woke up naked in the shower with Howard as Diddy was “freaking out” outside the bathroom. Despite this, she called one of Diddy’s associates and continued the session with Howard anyway.
Howard’s $20 million lawsuit, filed in July 2025, accuses Diddy and Cassie of running what he calls a decade-long trafficking operation starting in 2009 when Cassie recruited him through an escort service. Cowboys 4 Angels.
Howard’s opposition brief argues that Diddy can no longer dispute the core facts in court because a federal jury has already settled them. His July 2025 criminal conviction means Diddy is legally blocked from re-arguing that he didn’t transport Howard across state lines for sex, that commercial sex didn’t happen, or that he didn’t know what he was arranging.
Three of the five elements Howard needs to prove under federal sex trafficking law are already locked in by the verdict. His argument is simple: the criminal trial already built his civil case for him, and the judge just needs to let it proceed.
Howard says Cassie was not just a victim in this situation but an active participant who set up encounters, managed logistics and used aliases to keep everything hidden.
According to AllHipHop’s earlier coverage, Howard claims Cassie knowingly gave him an STD, got pregnant by him and had an abortion without ever telling him. He’s asking for damages covering emotional trauma, medical bills and lost income, saying the public exposure from the Diddy case completely destroyed his construction business.
Howard was one of only three escorts Cassie identified under oath as “most frequently used,” and the government’s own sentencing memo named him specifically as a victim within the scope of Diddy’s convicted conduct.
Cassie reportedly pocketed roughly $30 million between her settlement with Diddy and a separate payout from the hotel where security footage caught him beating her in a hallway.
Howard is still out here fighting this case completely alone, representing himself in federal court while studying for a law degree with less than $100 in assets to his name.
