Future is reportedly looking to expand his business portfolio into the lucrative marijuana business.
Trademark attorney Clarissa Harvey revealed that the “Mask Off” rapper’s legal team filed six trademark applications in several classes on February 17 for a line named ‘EVOL BY FUTURE.’ In addition to “providing a website featuring health information in the field of medical marijuana and cannabis,” the line may include smoking lounge services, vape pens, medicated oils and more.
Clarissa also referenced a 2016 tweet from Future where he wrote, “Love backwards #EVOL,” which is likely the inspiration behind the name.
Check out the trademark application below.

February 22, 2023 On the music side of things,
Future is back in “album mode” according to a tweet earlier this month. The post followed a prior announcement that
he’d be dropping a joint project with producer Metro Boomin in 2023.
Future has also announced an extension of
his One Big Party tour, adding both new dates and new guests to the lineup. Following its first run in January with Kodak Black, Trippie Redd, Polo G, EST Gee, Babyface Ray, Rob49 and Ocean x KungFu, the Atlanta superstar is now adding G Herbo, Mariah The Scientist, Don Oliver and
his ex-girlfriend Dess Dior to the fold.
The new trek kicks off March 9 in New Orleans and currently wraps on April 8 in Minneapolis, but
according to his announcement, there are “always more cities to be added.”
While it may be awkward to go on a tour with an ex, it seems that things are still strong between Future and Dess despite ending the romantic side of their relationship.
The pair started dating in late 2020 following his split with Lori Harvey, and it appears to have ended at some point last year. During
an interview with Angela Yee earlier this month, Dess explained how they’re able to stay on good terms.
“We’re very, very, very good friends,” she said. “He always support me and I’ll always support him. It’s no bad blood. And that’s what people just – you know, they get the wrong idea. It don’t always don’t have to end in a shit-show. You know what I’m saying? Gracefully move on.”
Tickets for the tour are available now
at Future’s website.
