Iggy Azalea has called out a false tweet claiming that she has already earned millions of dollars in the first two weeks of her new partnership with OnlyFans.
According to HotNewHipHop, a since-deleted post from Twitter account @ThePopTingz quoted Iggy’s make-up artist as having revealed that her Hotter Than Hell project on the uncensored platform had garnered $4.2million in profit for the Australian rapper since launching on January 13.
She quickly responded to the tweet, writing: “FALSE. That isn’t a real tweet. No one on my team would EVER do that. Y’all really need to stop lying! it’s not the way earning on onlyfans works stat wise. You can’t earn ALL THAT in subscriptions & yet only $512 dollar in messages.”
While her original response disappeared with the deleted tweet, Iggy Azalea offered a few additional words on the subject of her finances and her relationship with the account that shared the fabricated report in subsequent tweets.
With loveeeeee!

February 1, 2023 “Just know if I ever discuss what I earn it will be in Forbes. With loveeeeee!,” she wrote on Monday night (January 31). Replying to a fan, she added that this isn’t the first time a “Pop Tingz” account has made up details about her life.
“Also – The account that “tweet” is supposed to be to is a stalker account and I’ve blocked about 11 others from the same person in the last 4-6 months,” Iggy Azalea continued. “It’s the same account that started the rumor I was pregnant last year. Very much not real.”
After announcing that she had “something scandalous” in store for her fans, the former Hustle Gang artist revealed the new multimedia project, available exclusively on OnlyFans, will culminate with the release of a
Hotter Than Hell coffee table book set for a December 2023 release.
For $25 per month, fans get first-look access to a series of exclusive and uncensored photos, videos, illustrations, poetry and music — including Iggy Azalea’s fourth studio album, which is due out this summer.
“Admittedly, I never knew OnlyFans was a place where I could be creative, so I didn’t expect to be collaborating with them on my biggest project to date!” she told
Variety. “Once I looked beyond the surface-level chatter about what it means to have an OnlyFans, I realized it was the perfect platform to launch a multimedia concept on.”
She added: “I feel excited about not having to worry about the overwhelming and creatively limiting censorship artists have to navigate when sharing work on other digital platforms. The project is bold and fun — so is this collaboration — I think it’s going to surprise a lot of people.”
The “Sip It” rapper added that she hopes this new project will allow her to connect with fans and express herself in a sincere manner.
Rooted in “creative, colorful, tongue-in-cheek fun,”
Hotter Than Hell promises a variety of risqué photos inspired by “the supermodels of the ’90s, Pamela Anderson, the conception of the centerfold model, sexuality and its differing viewpoints between men and women, and Madonna’s
Sex book.”
Since announcing the partnership, Iggy Azalea has offered a handful of sneak peeks at the exclusive content with behind the scenes shots and short form videos posted to both her official Twitter and Instagram accounts.
If the speculative earnings are even close, Iggy Azalea would be far from the first rapper to thrive on OnlyFans.
Last year,
Bhad Bhabie posted a screenshot of a receipt showing almost $53 million in OnlyFans earnings in just 12 months, of which she personally netted around $42 million.
