Joe Budden Says He Beat His Lewdness Case

Joe Budden is out of the woods in his lewdness case.

Late last month, it was reported that he was seen standing naked in front of his neighbor's door on a Ring camera. The incident happened inside his apartment building in Edgewater, New Jersey early in the morning.

Joe talked about all of this and explained how he beat the lewdness charge.

"I tip my hat to that judge," he said on his podcast. "She was fair, reasonable, heard all the testimony, was attentive, she wasn’t on no bullsh*t."

Joe then said the judge cleared him of stalking since the incident didn’t fit the crime's description.

"Mr Budden was not forcibly entering [your place],"he said the judge determined.

She also cleared him of the lewdness charge, because he wasn’t seen pleasuring himself on the Ring cam.
