He claims he received $6 million to maintain permanent silence about the tape.

Their lawyers submitted court filings requesting that the documents stay sealed, emphasizing the private nature of the agreement. The judge wasn’t convinced.

The court determined that they failed to present sufficient evidence to demonstrate that public disclosure would cause them actual harm.
