Latto and Ice Spice brought the internet to a standstill Thursday night (September 4) after joining Kai Cenat on his Twitch stream to celebrate their new single “GYATT” and casually confirm they’ve buried the hatchet after years of rumored tension.

The two rappers danced along to their track, laughed through a live reaction to the music video and dodged Cenat’s relentless questions about how their collaboration came to life.

“Who put it together?” Cenat asked, fishing for details. Latto didn’t give him much.

“I feel like it’s cooler when it’s just up for speculation. Everybody wanna know how it happened,” she said, brushing off the question.

Cenat kept pressing, but Latto stayed firm. “I think it kills the mystique,” she added. “It’s like I’m not going to tell you the ending of the movie. You got to just watch.”

Ice Spice eventually offered a little more insight.

“She sent me a song, it’s Latto’s song,” she explained. “It’s really really cute. I loved it. Once I heard it, I was like, ‘Yo, duh.’ I did it and I sent it back to her.”

The livestream marked the first time the two appeared together publicly since the surprise drop of “GYATT” on Wednesday (September 3).

The track, named after the viral slang term for a curvy backside, features cheeky bars and subtle nods to their past drama. Latto even throws in a poop joke aimed at Ice Spice — a line some listeners think might still carry a little shade.

Before teaming up, both artists had taken subliminal jabs at each other online and in their lyrics, fueling years of speculation about a feud. The new single, however, signals a shift — or at least a truce — that many see as a win for female rap unity.

Still, not everyone is convinced the beef is over. Some critics believe Latto’s verse might still be throwing light jabs, despite the collaboration.

Cenat didn’t stop at the music. He also tried to get Latto to spill on her long-rumored relationship with 21 Savage, especially after the two were reportedly spotted vacationing together.

“When you say ‘My man,’ who are we referring to?” Cenat asked, quoting one of Latto’s lyrics.

Latto wasn’t having it. “Why? Why do that matter so much?” she said, as Ice Spice rolled her eyes. “I be fighting for privacy and it’s like, damn. But it’s like, who supposed to know already know.”
