Lil Durk Denied Bail Because Of His In Jail Behavior

Earlier this week, a judge denied Lil Durk's petition for bond.

Smurk has been locked up without bail on federal murder for hire charges since October.

His lawyers thought there was a good chance Durk would be let out after federal prosecutors reportedly submitted false evidence involving Quando Rondo & Lul Pab, which was later revealed to be from fan-edited videos.

What swayed the judge to deny the petition was Smurk's behavior behind bars.

Apparently, Durk hosted three-way calls using "at least" 13 other inmates' phone accounts.

"It shows a disrespect for the rules, and that is precisely the court's concern," Judge Patricia Donahue said in her ruling.

It wasn't all bad news for Durk.  Donahue also ruled that his lyrics couldn't be submitted as evidence.

The trial is set to start on October 14.
