Boxer Ryan Garcia has a well-established history of being unwell.

Whether the 25-year-old former lightweight champ already has CTE or if he was born that way is unclear.

The Mexican-American spent the Fourth of July going on an often racist rant.

Ryan Garcia said on a Twitter Space: “Hey let’s bring George Floyd back to life and kill that n**** again.” What a sick piece of garbage Ryan is.

He deleted a lot of it all already.  But he justified the n-word dropping by claiming Lil Wayne gave him a pass.

Crazy as Garcia is, it's entirely possible Weezy did.
