U.S. Congresswoman Releases 'New' Evidence In Her Efforts To Free Tory Lanez

For all of the people who've been calling for Tory Lanez's release in the Megan Thee Stallion shooting, most probably didn't expect one of them to be a MAGA congresswoman who represents Florida.

But Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna said this week that she wants California Governor, Gavin Newsom, to review Tory's case and issue him a pardon.

Luna also promised to release "compelling" evidence that would prove the rapper's innocence and said those who presented false evidence in his case will be held accountable.

Tory is currently serving 10 years after being found guilty of shooting Megan.

"Newly surfaced bodycam and medical records show Megan Thee Stallion initially claimed she stepped on glass," tweeted Luna. "ER records show no bullet fragments on X-rays. Bullet fragments allegedly removed are now missing. Evidence handling was a disaster."

"The forensic evidence in the Lanez case was deeply flawed," she added. "0.01% chance his DNA was on the firearm, 0% on the magazine, no fingerprints, DNA from 4 individuals found, Tory wasn’t a primary contributor, key gunshot residue tests never performed on others. This raises serious doubt."

Luna said she spoke with Tory as well. Below are more of her tweets about the rapper. What do you think about her efforts?
